Less than a week after being dealt to the Rockets, James Harden has the max deal that he was looking for.

Harden, who the Thunder traded after he wouldn’t accept their four-year 44 million dollar extension, agreed to a five-year 80 million dollar extension today.

To say the Rockets had a busy off-season, is an understatement. They came a close second to the Lakers in the Dwight Howard sweepstakes, signed restricted free-agent Jeremy Lin, and less than a week before the season acquired Harden.
